    PTC might be interesting …
Are you coming to Tokyo ? Definitely, I will go.
I can tell you some of the biz strategies.
Since I was working at Inmos for transputing.
I might ask you why occam is not supported yet ?

    Kaz

  • Kaz,
Of course I am coming! Really happy to meet someone who worked at Inmos. Everything has changed, but nothing has changed.:-)
Some folks have run occam at Halmstad University already, Check the academic paper section of forums.parallella.org.
In terms of officially supporting occam as a language, I am all for it but I don’t have the resources to support it internally.

Look forward to meeting in Tokyo!

  • Kazuto MATSUI says:

I’ll be there and am really looking forward to learning more about Parallella.

  • Cliff Surgeoner says:

Have downloaded, image for Z7010 parallella desktop version, burned an SD card (8GB), inserted it into my parallella and booted up the board but see nothing on the monitor.
How can I tell whether the board has booted up correctly?
Have sent ping requests but no replies are received from the parallella.
I would very much like to make my parallella available to be a part of the supercomputer but the instructions contain no hints as to steps to take if a problem seems to exist.
Would appreciate some email help if possible.
    Many thanks

  • Prithwee Bhat says:
