Epiphany-III and Epiphany-IV Datasheets

Finally! Here are the detailed preliminary datasheets for Epiphany-III (updated) and Epiphany-IV (new!). After months of intense testing we are feeling really good about the long term viability of both of these products. These chips will become generally available, it's just a matter of time!
