What is not clear on your web site is not really clear how it is connected to Parallella.

You have the impression that you need special cables to connect them but I could not find them.
I almost did not order it because that information was missing.
It is pretty obvious for the people that know about Parallella but one week ago I never was even aware that Parallella existed.

Now for those wondering what Porcupine is, it is an add on board that has the 4 connector at the right place and just snaps to the Parallella Desktop board 4 connectors.
Two of these connectors are the IO ports, 2 other connectors for power, coming from the Parallella board (if i have understood it)

The only thing that you must be aware of, is that the pins stick out downwards from the Parallella board.
If you are a electronics hobbyist experimenting, then you must flip Parallella upside down, which might give an issues with cooling the board.

Also for the casing, it makes the board twice as thick.

I actually love the design. It is pretty ingeniously built.

Digi-key currently does not have any stock - are there any plans for them to get more or will the board be available from another supplier?
