JTAG POWER_PEC + Vivado Question

I'm not using Linux so the following is probably not relevant to you but when starting a Vivado project, you should make sure to select the chip in "Parts" which exactly matches what's written on the Zynq, then build your way up with options. Xilinx provide plenty examples and a very rich documentation which greatly help.

Out of curiosity what do you plan to build ?

I am trying to port the Propeller Verilog design to the chip and access the HDMI outputs at a raw level. I've done similar things with my DE2-115 board and want to look at using the Parallella as a cheap Zynq dev platform.
