Differences between repositories

There are 2 sets of GIT organizations:
https://github.com/Adapteva/
https://github.com/parallella/

Both have epiphany-sdk repository.
Are there any differences and for difference purposes, other than the second one was created by Embecosm?
Do we need stick to one?

The two repositories are for two slightly different purposes (and unfortunately share the same name). parallella/epiphany-sdk holds build scripts for building the GNU toolchain whereas adapteva/epiphany-sdk contains scripts to build the other Epiphany libraries and tools (e-loader, etc.)

The intent with the parallella/{...} repositories when they were initially cloned there was to have one place for all the tools. I would clone the adapteva ones to there as well except we cannot (obviously) have two different repositories with the same address. Perhaps these should be renamed/merged (though parallella/epiphany-sdk holds the building tools wiki/sdk bug tracker so I don't think this should be renamed at least. ysapir, any thoughts?
